"I’m good, but I’m no Prima Madonna."

I can't even remember what this particular student was talking about in his or her essay. But this was a classic case of someone trying to use vocabulary that he or she is not sure of. It drives me nuts when people try to sound smarter than they are. Perhaps that is a prima donna attitude to have, but it's how I feel.
